The physical and spiritual healing benefits of yoga are well renowned worldwide. Whether you practice yoga or not – chances are – you will at least be aware of how yoga can aid the body. However, there is a revolutionary new style of yoga currently emerging – called superbrain yoga. Yes you heard correct! This is very much a hotly sought after topic and as such we urge you to share this knowledge to everyone…

Whats this you say…superbrain yoga?
Superbrain yoga is a recent, revolutionary method for improving your brainpower. Your brain is a marvellous machine; made from billions of interconnecting neurons. It works tirelessly everyday to help your body function and process information about your surrounding environment. A good diet, exercise and regular mental stimulation all help your brain to boost the speed at which it processes and stores information.

Superbrain yoga is also an essential tool to help you help nourish your brain. Using this technique will help you boost the brains blood supply, whilst accelerating your ability to learn and store information. Researchers have found that this can help heighten your mental agility and sharpen your attention.

How did superbrain yoga first come to be?
Superbrain yoga was developed by Master Chao Kok Sui. This discipline encompasses a specific breathing technique and acute pressure in precise areas of the body. Overtime, this technique will begin to balance the energy passing between the two hemispheres of your brain.

In fact, superbrain yoga has had such a good response for its therapeutic effects that doctors and other health professionals are starting to recommend it to their patients. Fortunately, you do not have to be a patient to benefit from it. You can use superbrain yoga anywhere and at anytime. We also think that it is an ideal therapy for students (of any age) seeking to enhance their academic performances at school, college or university.

When will I have the time to practise?
Now, as a parent reading this you may be intrigued at the idea of aiding your child’s focus in school. But because of your busy schedules, you may be wondering whether you have the time for superbrain yoga. Well, we have yet to mention the best part of superbrain yoga – it only takes 3 minutes!
The creator, Master Chao Kok Sui documents in his book Superbrain Yoga about doctors who monitor the behaviour of hyperactive students whilst practising superbrain yoga. The results found that through this practice all the students exhibited higher attention levels, focusing abilities, emotional stability and the ability to retain larger volumes of information.
