Hold your right ear lobe with your left hand and your left ear lobe with your right hand. Make sure that your right arm is positioned in front of the left (furthest from your body)
Slowly squat down whilst inhaling
Hold the position for a few seconds or for as long as is comfortable
Slowly stand up whilst exhaling
Repeat 14-21 times, once or twice a day
